Hey! I need to keep on track and lose about 20 lbs! Does anyone have any good suggestions? I'm about 5' 6'' and weigh 138 lbs, but I need to weigh 120lbs.
So, any cool workout ideas would be great, and any good DVD workout suggestions? I do like Kathy Smith. =D Oh, mainly my diet needs help, so any ideas there?

Hi Anna, try this diet http://www.lose10pounds.org/3days/01.htm
You may not lose 10 pounds in 3 days but 3-5 lbs of weght loss is very possible. Repeat a diet every 2 weeks combining with exercises (for example Kathy Smith fitness) and I am sure you will achieve your goal easily.
