Hello,

I have a problem which might seem not very serious from first sight. Im trying to lose arm fat. Im grown up woman with family of husband and 2 kids. Im not too skinny, not fat. All seems fine for me and my husband but when it comes to arms I go nuts. I cant wear short leaves sometimes cuz the fat hanging from my arm makes me cry. I work out sometimes and try to follow the diet not to get too fat and big but still cant make my arms looks nice and tight.

What are exercises or tips how to lose arm fat?
Thnx in advance.

There are several different arm exercises that you can do. Push-ups are an excellent strength training exercise for your whole arm. Dumbbell curls target your biceps, and tricep dumbbell kickbacks target your triceps. You can also do bench dips to work your triceps. Barbell extensions are also good for working the biceps. With each of these exercises, make sure that your back is not being strained. You should never curl you back while you are lifting any kind of weights. Remember it! Its very important.

Hi,

there is no such thing as spot fat reduction. You cannot lose fat from one particular area like your arms.

to lose fat, you simply need to burn more calories than you consume. eat less high calorie foods and do more cardio exercise. try skipping, jogging (i believe walking is a waste of time), swimming etc.

hope this helps!
