Hello everyone,
I have big event coming up, and yet im not in good shape. In short amount of time I need to lose at least 20 pounds. If someone had any advices or personal experience, pls share.

There are few tips how to loose fat relatively quickly.
1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day to lose belly fat fast. You should just eat smaller portions more often.
2) Eat fat burning foods more often to lose belly fat fast.
Eat foods that contain lots of proteins, and those with less carbohydrates and saturated fats.
3) Drink alot. Really alot. Not soda or beer, but fresh water without gas.
4) And of course doworkouts. At least few minutes each day. It doest have to be exhausting exercises for hours. Start slow, but do it regulary.
The best exerciseas to loose fat belly quickly: jump rope, squat thrust and push ups.

here are few tips about loosing 20 pounds fast. Hope its gonna help ya
Reduce your calorie intake. Try to eat less amount of food than you used before. If you usually drink 2 glasses of juice per day, try to drink one.
Plan your meals each day. Dont eat more than you need!
Eat 5-6 smaller meals per day, instead of eating only once or twice.
Eat ½ cup apricots everyday after meals, as they speed up metabolism and help in reducing weight.
Eat papayas, they burn fat very fast.
Include in you ration nuts, chicken and tuna.
Stop eating fried food ( French fries, fried chicken, fast food)
Eat bananas as they contain potassium which helps in burning fats.
Avoid drinks like beer and soda.
You should use low fat food products while preparing your meals.
Reduced stress level will help you in achieving your goal faster. With the help of yoga, deep breathing exercises, you can reduce the stress.

here are few exercise to lose 20 pounds in a month
1) Exercise twice a day –20 minutes workout in the morning and another one in the evening.
2) Do weights once every second day
3) Cardio is 20 minutes of hard cardio – Hard cardio is defined as keeping your heartrate up around 80% of your max. This will raise your metabolism for a long time 12 – 24 hours.
4) Walking can be an hour long – good way to burn fat as you can exercise low impact by walking for an hour.
5) Basic exercises are things like squats, bench presses, lunges, military presses.
To recover your body after workouts you need good resting and sleeping. Dont hunger yourself. Eat 5-6 meals per day, plan your meals smartly and think what to eat before you eat it.
