Hi Kerry
If you want to lose that beer belly you shoul build more muscles. Muscles burn more calories even if you are not doing anything at the moment. Your muscles are burning calories even when you are sitting, standing, and even if you are sleeping. So, try to increase muscle mass to burn that beer belly faster.
Building muscles is not hard but it is also not fast. It will take time. As for me it did but its never the reason to get discouraged.
Building muscles that im talking about is not the same as the ones that bodybuilders do. However, taking note on some of their techniques will greatly help us in getting rid of that beer belly. Please do get rid of steroids though. Perform muscle building through natural means.
Perform stomach crunches to target the abdominal area. remember to target all muscle groups as well. i advise to involve all your muscle groups in one exercise set.
Do resistance (or strength) training. You will build more muscle mass in it. If you are not sure how to do it, ask guidance from a professional. If you overdo strength routines, you may feel fatigued. You can visit the nearest gym at your location or buy strength training materials to learn how to do it properly at home.
good luck to u Kerry.

Hi Kerry,
You may consider Workouts On Demand -- they have workout videos from Abs toning, Toning, Pilates, Kickboxing, Yoga, Legs, Upper Body Toning, Cardio Dance, Step Aerobics, Kickboxing, Low Impact Aerobics and Stability Ball
My personal favorite is the Abs toning video really worked my belly fats off!!. The best part of it is that i can work out in the comfort of my own home.

Hi there
these are few exercise i can recommend to you, cuz i myself was loosing that belly. i know how its life, but this programm reallyhelped me
Do a 30-minute cardiovascular workout, three to five times a week. If you can't begin with this much activity, slowly work your way up. Cardiovascular activities get your heart beating fast and make you break a sweat. Examples are fast walking, jogging, rowing, cross-country skiing, biking, stair-climbing and swimming.
Do some strength training two or three times a week. The amount of time you spend isn't terribly important; you just want to build muscle tissue. Use your body for resistance (push ups, pull ups, lunges) or use free or machine weights.
Stretch, three to five times a week. Slow, pain-free stretching can lengthen muscles that have contracted and shortened from the demands of strength training or cardiovascular workouts. Flexibility is the range of motion at a given joint. A flexible joint has the ability to move farther and more easily through its range of motion. Flexible joints and muscles perform better than tight ones and are less likely to be injured. You can do flexibility exercises anytime, anywhere, but they are safest performed when the body is warm. Hold each stretch for at least 15 seconds and remember not to bounce.
I wish ya good luck!

Here are 7 little advices about how to lose beer belly:
1. Park your car few blocks earlier than where you live. It will make you walk each day amount of meters which is helping to lose any kind of fat.
2. Try not to take lifts and escalators if there are stairs you can take instead.
3. Change coffee for green tea.
4. Split your meals up into 5 or 6 smaller meals per day, this will increase your metabolism and therefore burn more fat.
5. Drink lots of water, particularly when you get up and before you go to bed. Pure water without bubbles.
6. Eat larger meals earlier in the day when you need the energy and smaller ones in the evening when extra energy will only end up being stored as fat.
7. Be aware of how you sit and breathe. Dont try to breathe in your stomache when you not breathing.
