If you take a bus or subway, make sure to get down before a block of your end place and walk the rest of the way. If you are driving to work, park your car in a park fairly away from your office to give yourself enough space to walk though.

Spread out your diet sure this will help you, Eat more small chunks of meals, rather than 3 big meals. If you eat 100-150 calories or so every three hours, your body stays in a higher metabolism-digesting mode.

Warm up for 5 to 10 minutes before starting any workouts, and end with 5 to 10 minutes cool down session; your body needs to warm up so as to reach a certain level of willingness before exercising energetically, and warming up will give you this readiness.
