How to lose 10 pounds in 10 days .I would like to lose 10 pounds in 10 days.

Well actually it's not always easy, or the healthiest choice. And sometimes it's not very smart.

I was just wondering about this calorie shifting diet.

I eat lots of chocolate between meals, would I have to eat them with meals or not at all.

How about afters and fruit would that have to be with the meals.

Could I do 500 calories for breakfast.
200, dinner, 350 tea, 200 super.
(I wouldn't be able to eat between meals).

Would I have to mix it up the following day.

Hi,

Follow a calorie shifting diet for three months to see weight loss results. You will change the number of calories you eat every few days so you may want to continue keeping a food journal.

Eat healthy foods while calorie shifting. On a day when you are supposed to eat 500 additional calories, make healthy choices. Choose an extra a piece of salmon or grilled chicken and extra vegetables and fruit.

Pump up your regular diet by 300 calories twice during week one and then drop your diet down by 500 calories twice a week during week two. Eat 400 additional calories a day twice a week during week three and then consume 500 less calories twice a week on week four.

Repeat this pattern or try a new pattern for months two and three. The idea is to keep your metabolism guessing and working harder to keep pace with calorie changes. After a few months, go back to your regular diet for a few weeks and then start calorie shifting again.

I have to agree that workouts are the most important part of loosing weight in short term
well and in long ones too
But dont forget about food you eating and especially about drinks you drinking
Forget about soda and start to drink pure waterm even milk or anything like that will be better than sugarish coke or sprite

It is very possible to lose 10 pounds in 10 days by just using a colon cleanse product. Do your research on them though and make sure it does it naturally through fiber and other vitamins. A lot of them guarantee at least 5 pounds of weight loss within the first 5 days to a week. I think that would make a good start to get to your goal.
