clearing your house of the foods you want to stay away from helps because if you don't have them, you can't eat them....try increasing your protien and 'good' fat intake a little bit; both help reduce cravings for sweets.....inspirational sayings posted to your bathroom mirror help....you can write down your goals and put them on your frig too; that way when you go for something to eat, you see your goals which can help you stay on track...GOOD LUCK!!!!!
